Thanks for shopping with us. By placing an order on this website you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.

1. Orders

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is no longer available, if there is a pricing error or if the payment cannot be verified. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in your local currency (USD in the United States, MXN in Mexico), with the currency code next to the price.
  • Payments are processed securely at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Shipping

  • Free shipping on every order to the United States and Mexico.
  • Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 8–12 business days for the black holder and 10–14 business days for the pink and beige holder.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
  • Delivery times are estimates and can change because of customs, holidays or carrier delays.

4. Warranty (United States only)

Orders delivered in the United States include a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for the details.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy (linked below). If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

6. Product use

Our bottle holders are designed to attach to steel surfaces such as gym racks, machines and lockers. Do not use them to hold anything other than a drink bottle and small personal items. Magnets can affect cards with magnetic stripes and some electronic devices: keep them away from pacemakers and medical devices.

7. Privacy

We only use your information to process and deliver your order and to answer your questions. Read our Privacy Policy (linked below) for more details.
